Who We Are
What We Do

The platform integrates the entire project lifecycle — from early-stage analysis to commissioning and operational launch. We provide programme structuring, execution control, documented reporting, and institutional predictability for all stakeholders.

Our work is based on four core principles

Systemic approach

Each project is integrated into a unified governance architecture with harmonised requirements, procedures, reporting standards, and control mechanisms.

Transparency

All decisions, calculations, documents, and processes are recorded within a single management system, ensuring transparency and minimising risks for donors and investors.

Technical and financial verification

The Platform provides independent verification of all stages — from design to procurement, supply, and execution.

Compatibility with international standards

We integrate best practices of SECO, EBRD, EU4Business, KfW, SDC, as well as European ESG and engineering standards into every programme.

Process
How a programme passes through the Platform

The institutional model of B&P Resin Solutions Sagl operates through a reproducible cycle that ensures predictability and control:

  1. Initiation and preliminary analysis — assessment of the request, feasibility, baseline risks, and regulatory requirements.
  2. Programme structuring — development of the logical framework (logframe), objectives, indicators, budget, and expected outcomes.
  3. Technical design and verification — validation of technical solutions, standards, environmental and social requirements.
  4. Procurement and supply — transparent procedures aligned with SECO / EBRD / KfW practices; supplier verification.
  5. Implementation and monitoring — control of timelines, risks, costs, and compliance with programme indicators.
  6. Audit and reporting — documented results, independent verification, and final impact assessment.
  7. Handover and long-term operation — ensuring asset sustainability and scalability.

1. Project Management and Technical Supervision

This area forms the foundation of programme and project controllability across the Platform. Its objective is to ensure predictability, verifiability, and institutional discipline for donors and public authorities at every project stage — from early preparation to commissioning.
We operate as an extended operational module for international funds, assuming responsibility for analysis, planning, management, control, and communication with key stakeholders.

Approach

We apply a methodology that combines Swiss governance standards, international sustainable development frameworks, and the local context of the countries where projects are implemented. Each initiative is treated not only as a technical asset, but as an element of the regional economy and institutional environment.
This approach enables projects to become sustainable, financeable, and manageable over the long term.

Our involvement begins at the moment a project exists only as an idea or request. At the early stage, we establish the decision-making foundation by assessing feasibility, conducting preliminary risk analysis, structuring the future project, and designing interaction models between donors, public authorities, and contractors.

When a project enters the development phase, we ensure:

  • documented decision-making
  • early identification of deviations
  • schedule and risk control
  • coordinated communication among all stakeholders
  • integration of SECO / EBRD / KfW / SDC standards
  • compliance-oriented financial control

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)

Each programme establishes a results framework including:

  • baseline values,
  • indicators and target KPIs,
  • a monitoring plan,
  • mid-term and final evaluations.

M&E ensures measurable outcomes, credible impact assessment, and compliance with international donor requirements.

Result: predictable implementation, fewer delays, verified outcomes.

2. ESG and Carbon Advisory

Modern international financial institutions treat ESG governance and decarbonisation as mandatory components of the project lifecycle. The Platform provides a structure in which environmental, social, and governance requirements are integrated into every phase of project preparation and implementation.
This gives donors assurance that assets and programmes comply with international standards and are ready for external audit.

We integrate ESG discipline from day one of the programme.

  • ESG risk screening
  • Scope 1–3 emissions accounting
  • decarbonisation strategies
  • compliance with EU Taxonomy and Fit for 55
  • environmental and social safeguards
  • climate impact assessment

Result: measurable sustainability and audit-ready documentation.

3. Export Readiness and Certification (Swiss Reconstruction Standard)

B&P Resin Solutions creates an institutional environment in which manufacturers receive not merely certification or export support services, but a full infrastructure for bringing products to an internationally trusted level.
Our role is to connect corporate producers, European regulatory requirements, and the needs of international programmes — from infrastructure initiatives to long-term reconstruction projects.
Operating within Swiss jurisdiction, we ensure neutrality, transparency, and documented processes, making partner companies eligible for procurement at the level of funds, donors, and public partnerships.

We provide:

  • certification roadmaps
  • documentation and compliance packages
  • testing and verification protocols
  • ESG and quality assurance training
  • preparation for donor-standard procurement

Includes certification programmes:
Swiss Reconstruction Standard, ESG Reporting, FIDIC, and programmes with Swiss universities and institutes.
Result: companies gain access to international procurement platforms.

4. Energy Efficiency and Green Retrofits

Energy modernisation is a key prerequisite for attracting international financing and increasing infrastructure resilience.
Our approach is based on European practice, where energy efficiency is a long-term asset management strategy rather than a one-off technical measure.

We work with municipal, social, commercial, and industrial facilities as integrated systems, where energy efficiency affects costs, supply stability, emissions levels, and compliance with international regulations, including the EU “Fit for 55” initiative.
Preparation begins with comprehensive infrastructure analysis: condition assessment, vulnerabilities, savings potential, and opportunities for integrating distributed generation. Based on this, an Energy Roadmap is developed — a document combining engineering solutions, economic modelling, regulatory requirements, and financing mechanisms.

Green Retrofit is a controlled process of integrating engineering solutions into the asset lifecycle.
We ensure compliance with EU and Swiss standards, documentation, technical supervision, quality control, and verifiable impact of each measure.
A key focus is process resilience: transparent procurement, sequencing control, regulatory compliance, and monitoring system implementation.
As a result, energy modernisation within the Platform becomes an institutionally structured process that reduces donor risks and delivers predictable, measurable, and internationally compatible outcomes for regions.
Result: lower operating costs, reduced emissions, increased resilience.

5. Procurement and Logistics Supply Hub

Supply organisation in international projects is more than logistics. It is an institutional process that determines budget transparency, technical compliance, and the ability of programmes to pass multi-level donor reviews.
B&P Resin Solutions Sagl acts as an operator providing a full supply management cycle — from technical verification to documented execution control.
This approach minimises risks, eliminates misuse of funds, and establishes a reproducible supply model.

We coordinate the supply of Swiss and European materials, technologies, and equipment for Ukraine’s reconstruction programmes.
We ensure:

  • verified European suppliers
  • transparent and documented procurement
  • compliance with Ukrainian technical standards
  • logistics and customs coordination
  • lifecycle cost control

Result: reliable, compliant supplies with full transparency.

6. Capacity Building and Institutional Capability Development

Sustainable regional recovery is impossible without qualified professionals capable of working under international standards of design, construction, technical supervision, medical logistics, and operational management.
The Platform builds a human capital infrastructure that ensures project compliance with donor programme requirements and reduces institutional risks related to local capacity gaps.

The educational component focuses on creating a reproducible system for training, retraining, and verification of specialists for international projects.
The model combines European educational standards, partnerships with Swiss engineering schools, and local adaptation.
Programmes may be delivered through remote learning or via physical training modules in pilot regions.
Special attention is given to technical supervision, sustainable construction, energy-efficient solutions, safety standards, asset management, and project management.
Training is directly linked to upcoming Platform projects, ensuring alignment between education and real operational needs.
Certification confirms qualifications according to international standards, enabling regional professionals to formally participate in donor- and bank-funded projects.
This approach creates a scalable talent pool and strengthens long-term project governance while reducing reliance on external contractors.

We develop local institutional and technical capabilities in line with Swiss and European standards.
We provide:

  • technical supervision and quality control training
  • ESG, safety, and compliance programmes
  • project management courses
  • certification modules with Swiss academic partners
  • structured knowledge transfer
  • regional capability development

Result: regions gain long-term operational autonomy.

Methodological Frameworks We Apply

The Platform applies internationally recognised programme management standards:

  • Results-Based Management (RBM)
  • Logical Framework Approach (Logframe)
  • ISO 21502 / PMI / PRINCE2
  • ISO 31000 — Risk Management
  • SECO / EBRD / KfW procurement guidelines
  • ESG frameworks: GRI, EU Taxonomy, TCFD

This ensures verifiability of decisions, compatibility with international donors, and auditability at every stage.
